2. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
3. Purpose of the website
The website provides general institutional information about SIDD and its sovereign C-UAS decision layer. The content is intended for institutional, defence, security, industrial, press, investor and partnership audiences. The website does not constitute an offer to sell, a public solicitation or a contractual proposal. Procurement, integration and licensing arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, copy, layouts, illustrations, animations and source code displayed on the website are owned by INNO SOLUTIONS CORP S.R.L. or used under licence. Nothing on the website transfers any ownership, licence or right of use. Limited reproduction is permitted only for personal, non-commercial information purposes, provided that all notices remain intact and the source is attributed.
Patent applications, technical disclosures and product internals are protected. Reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping for AI training datasets, or commercial redistribution of any content are prohibited without prior written authorisation.
5. Acceptable use

- use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it;
- attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or related systems;
- introduce malware, harvesting tools or automated scrapers without our prior written consent;

6. Export controls and dual-use
SIDD's technologies may be subject to EU Regulation 2021/821 on dual-use export control, the EU Common Military List, NATO information security policy and Romanian export control law (ANCEX, Law 232/2016). Any export, re-export, transfer or release of restricted information is subject to prior authorisation. Public website content is intentionally limited to non-controlled information; controlled disclosures occur only under signed NDA and the applicable export licence framework.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts of the Ilfov County, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
